Eagle's Mission

“Our goal is to provide the essential aid seniors needs to live in his or her most desirable environment.
The greatest environment of peace and comfort is one’s own home.”

If you are looking for an organization that is committed to personalized CARE and support of your loved one, we can help.

We have been providing Care in homes since 2005.  Many of our Caregivers have been our employees for many years serving families with a deep sense of devotion.  Often times our Caregivers are more than just outside staff but essentially become a part of the family they are serving.

Everything begins with a Plan of Care.  Our approach is to do a thorough assessment and match the appropriate staff member based on the physical needs, personality, and temperament.  This helps us to match the skill set required.  It is critically important to understand the physical needs, but equally important to understand the person.

Employee Selection Practices

It is with tremendous responsibility we enlist our professionals to work within your home or business.  This is why our prospective employees are subjected to a comprehensive employment procedure.  When selecting our staff, we target the highest levels of integrity, reliability, and competency.  These factors are measured by a comprehensive interview and standard screening protocol.  Our protocol consists of licensure verification, drug screening, background investigation, competency testing, must test TB negative, must retain current CPR certification, and additional training at the point a selection is determined.
