Senior In-Home Care

If you are looking for an organization that is committed to personalized CARE and support of your loved one, we can help.

We have been providing Care in homes since 2005.  Many of our Caregivers have been our employees for many years serving families with a deep sense of devotion.  Often times our Caregivers are more than just outside staff but essentially become a part of the family they are serving.

Everything begins with a Plan of Care.  Our approach is to do a thorough assessment and match the appropriate staff member based on the physical needs, personality, and temperament.  This helps us to match the skill set required.  It is critically important to understand the physical needs, but equally important to understand the person.

Eagle Home Care - Our Mission

PERSONALIZED CARE IN THE HOME...

“Our goal is to provide the essential aid seniors need to live in his or her most desirable environment.
The greatest environment of peace and comfort is one’s own home.”

If you are looking for an organization that is committed to personalized CARE and support of your loved one, we can help.

Everything begins with a Plan of Care.  Our approach is to do a thorough assessment and match the appropriate staff member based on the physical needs, personality, and temperament.  This helps us to match the skill set required.  It is critically important to understand the physical needs, but equally important to understand the person.

Our Staff members are selected because they are proven to be thoughtful and attentive to the details and needs of those we serve.  We believe that every individual we serve should be treated with compassion and respect.  We are committed to preserving and supporting the dignity of the individuals we care for.

All staff are our employees so we manage their daily activities by requiring “daily reports” that we also make available to the family.

All of our staff are required to have background checks, drug tests, and character references before they are ready to work in homes.  We provide orientation depending on the specific needs of the individual we will be caring for.

We hold three separate State of TN licenses for Home Care, Facility Care. And Care for Special Needs Individuals.

We maintain Professional Liability insurance that protects our families from all forms of material loss, theft or damage.

Thanks you all for taking care of me and my needs. Eagle has placed fabulous nurses with me. I think they’re all wonderful and caring. I hope you can tell I love the staff at Eagle Medical. Keep up the Great Job!
— Linda Shempert
I appreciate more than you know the care you gave my husband in his last days. Marquita is an angel. She is an excellent sitter. The nurses in the ICU were so impressed with her willing to help them keep my husband calm. I do hope you can keep her for a long time.

I know my husband is not suffering anymore and is in a better place. Again thanks so much. God bless all of you.
